This is an experiential course for all creatives and arts-makers (visual and fine artists, performers, writers, musicians, theatre makers) of any level - from beginners and students to experienced professionals. In addition, this course offers insights, tools and support to art-teachers, collectors, curators and everyone who is inspired by the arts.

About the Author / teacher:
Katerina Barampouti is an award-winning artist, curator and coach. Taking part in international festivals and Biennales, Katerina was granted the Russian Art Critics Federation Diploma. In parallel, she is working with individuals and corporations in the UK, USA and Europe, leading workshops and coaching sessions on creativity, mindful leadership, communication and behavioural change. She is an accredited mindfulness Teacher Member of the Mindfulness Association, a Healer Member of NFSH and an NLP practitioner accredited by ITA Global. Katerina’s approach is cross-disciplinary, aligning a variety of tools and techniques to optimize learning for her students and clients. Her work philosophy is arts-centric, using the transformative power of visuals, sound and theatre to facilitate self-awareness and professional development. With degrees from the Athens School of Fine Arts and Goldsmiths University of London, Katerina has also independently studied alongside the pioneer actor coaches Mirka Yementzakis and Bernard Hiller.
